Don't Take It to the Shop. We'll Come to You!
No need to unhook all those cables and lug your hardware to the shop. We provide our services right in your home or small business in Northern Virginia. We only use quality parts from relialbe manufacturers including AMD, Intel, Abit, ASUS, Epox, and Micron. Our team of technicians are CompTIA A+ and/or MCSE certified. They all have a background in Information Technology and customer service.
On-Site Service & Repair
On-Site
We come to you! We will come to your home or small business and repair or replace faulty hardware. In a situation where on-site repair is not possible, we will pick up your system and take it to our shop, repair it at our facility, and deliver the equipment back to your location at no extra charge.
Flexible
We have flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend appointments are no problem!
Quality Hardware
We only use quality parts from relialbe manufacturers. We will obtain parts from a specific manufacturer at your request.
Qualified Techs
Our team of technicians are CompTIA A+ and/or MCSE certified. They all have a background in Information Technology and customer service.
Rates
We charge $85.00 to make a service call. This includes the first hour of work performed on-site. Additional work performed is billed at a rate of $60.00 per hour whether it's done on-site or back at the shop. Pick-ups and deliveries are done free of charge.
